At Qorbex, we’re committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. Since our services involve customized work such as web development, app design, and AI solutions, all projects are handled with detailed communication, milestones, and approvals at every stage.

1. No Return Policy

As Qorbex provides digital and service-based solutions, there are no physical products to return. Once a service or digital deliverable has been initiated, worked on, or delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated.
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • Qorbex fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work, despite receiving full payment and client cooperation.

In such cases, refunds (full or partial) will be evaluated based on project progress and verified circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client changes their mind after work has begun.
  • Delays occur due to incomplete information, lack of communication, or approvals from the client's side.
  • The service was delivered as described and accepted.

4. Dispute Resolution

If any issue arises, clients are encouraged to contact us directly. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and fairly through communication and mutual understanding.
